Deposit and Payment
No work will commence until the stated amount is received in full by Diva Stationery.
All deposits are non-refundable.

Proof Reading
Though we will endeavour to correct any grammatical errors we find, it is ultimately the responsibility of the client to check their proof sheet and to confirm that it is correct. Once the client has given the go ahead to print, any further revisions will incur an extra cost.

Making changes to an existing order
If changes are made to an order once it has gone to print (after proofing) then additional costs may be charged.

Cancelling an order
If an order is cancelled during production then all monies paid are non-refundable.

Prices
Prices are subject to increase without prior notification although this does not apply to current orders and existing quotations (valid for 6 months).

Delivery
Delivery is subject to receipt of the appropriate payment. Under no circumstances shall Diva Stationery be liable for any consequential loss or damages arising from the late delivery of items and it remains the client's responsibility to order in good time for their event.

Privacy
All personal information supplied by the client is solely used by Diva Stationery and will not be passed on to a third party.
