Can I have a sample made up in my colour scheme?
Yes, we try our best to make up samples in your chosen colour scheme. Take a look at our
swatch board to see what colour card we offer. Ribbon and beads are available in a whole range of colours and we keep a vast range in stock.
How long will my order take?
Sample requests - approx 2 weeks
Invitations - 4 to 6 weeks from approval of proofs.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for proofing stages.
NB these dispatch times are likely to change during busy periods.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, we do not have a mininum order requirement.
Can I change the text printed on the front of the invitation?
In most cases this is easily changed to the wording of you choice.

Will I receive a proof?
Once your order has been placed an email proof will be sent to you within two weeks.
Please check all details thoroughly, particularly spellings of names, dates and addresses. Then
email us stating your approval, or changes, as necessary.
Printing will not commence until approval has been received.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes, although postage will be charged at cost.
Do I have to supply the information for the table plan and order of service when I make my order?
No, we will give you a deadline for this information to coincide with your RSVP date.
Your invitations and rsvps will be dispatched first and then the remainder of your order will usually be
dispatched at least one month before your wedding date.
